HealthPhone: Healthy Snacks for a Healthy Child - Bahasa Indonesia
Indonesian, Bahasa Indonesia
Children need to eat about 5 times a day — breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks during the day — and in the evening.
The purpose of this video is to address the importance of healthy snacks for young children. It is intended for the community at large.
It may be that children are simply not hungry at mealtimes. This usually gets ironed out when you start cutting down their snacking. Avoid cariogenic snacks and sugared drinks between meals.
Got it Wrong? Get it Right!
Don't listen to wrong information. Don't give your babies snacks carelessly, give only snacks like fruits and don't give anything close to meal time, even if they fuss, so they do not loose their appetite.
