It is intended for the community at large.
A pregnant woman, working in a garment factory, pledges that she will feed her newborn with her first thick milk. A second woman, holding her infant in her arms, pledges that, for the first six months, she will only breast feed her baby and nothing else. A third woman, carrying her baby, pledges that when her baby enters the seventh month, along with her breastmilk, she'll include healthy home cooked food in the diet.
The war on malnutrition has already begun. You too take a pledge to join us. And always remember these four things.
One - Correct diet for the expecting mother
Two - Mother's first milk is the best
Three - Only breast milk for the first six months
Four - After that, balance mother's milk with a nutritious diet
